Can Same Page help when our family is fighting or arguing?
Same Page gives families a calmer place to say what is on their mind, ask for help, and turn difficult conversations into clear next steps. It is not therapy or crisis support, but it can help everyone stay on the same page.
Can it help with family issues and kids not listening?
Families can share expectations, routines, needs, lists and plans in one place. That makes it easier to coordinate parenting and follow through together.
Does it work for a family abroad or across households?
Yes. Same Page works across countries and households, so relatives can coordinate, share updates and stay connected wherever they live.
What does “open alpha” mean?
Same Page is available for families to use now while we continue improving it. You'll see new releases often, and what you tell us shapes what comes next.
Does everyone in my family need to pay?
No. One family subscription covers everyone you invite, with no per-person fee. You can create or join as many families as you need.
How do we get in after paying?
Choose your plan and complete Stripe checkout before creating an account. We create your account using your checkout email and email your family access code and secure setup link. Open the link to verify your email and finish the account and family wizard with your code already filled in. You will not need to pay again.
Can you read our messages?
No. Everything is encrypted on your devices before it leaves them, and only people in your family hold the keys. We store locked data we can't open.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone and Android (install it straight from the browser, or use the Android app), Windows with the desktop app, and any modern web browser.
What if we forget our password?
When you sign up you get a recovery key. Keep it somewhere safe. If you ever lose both, a family member can invite you back in and everything you share comes back.
Is it a subscription?
You can choose the launch sale: $20 once for lifetime access to one family, or a regular subscription with a 30-day trial followed by $20 per month. A payment method is required for the trial. Both include invited members with no per-person fee.
