Need a hand keeping your family on the same page? Start here.
Getting started
Create an account, save your recovery key, then create a family and invite the people who belong in it. A family subscription covers all invited members. You can switch between families from the family selector in the app.
Sign-in and recovery
Google sign-in uses the Same Page Google account. Email/password users should use the recovery key created during setup. We cannot reset your private passphrase or reconstruct encrypted family content.
Billing
Open Settings or the family billing screen to start a trial, refresh billing, manage payment details or cancel. Each family you own has its own subscription.
Contact support
Email support@samepagefamily.app and include the email on your account, the family name, and what happened. Never send a password, recovery key, card number or secret.
